Aygul Gazakbayeva is an HSE coordinator at Dragon Oil Ltd., with over 11 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She is a certified behavioral-based safety trainer and has authored more than 20 HSE articles for Dragon Oil’s internal publications.

Aygul actively contributes to industry events and serves as a committee member at the GOTECH Conference. Her work focuses on strengthening safety culture through proactive, no-blame approaches that promote accountability and continuous improvement in workplace safety.
