He is also CTO at Tech Sync Energy and previously held senior technical roles at Kuwait Oil Company, ExxonMobil, and Devon Energy.

Hesham is a recognised leader in AI-driven subsurface innovations, integrating machine learning with seismic reservoir characterisation and reservoir management to enhance capital efficiency and decision quality. His work advances unconventional resources, digital transformation, CCUS, and geothermal development.
